I was born to the Upton Family. My parents were Clarence W. and Eva Colleen(Upton)Powers.
My husband is a Lee. His parents were Clem and Gertrude(Pulley)Lee.

This picture is Jobe and Anna(West)Upton. Jobe,b.May 1826 in North Carolina, married Anna West, on July 27,1860 in Missouri. Jobe was the son of Edward Grancer and Nancy(Brackett)Upton. He was born in Rutherford County North Carolina, and died 1909 in Oklahoma. Anna was born about 1841 in MO. and was possibly the daughter of Abel and Rhoda West, and the sister to Polly(West)Upton, Jobe's first wife.

Rufus M. Burnett. Born Jan.31,1845 in Kentucky. Died Nov.1,1925 in Hart,Pontotoc,Oklahoma. He was the father of Rosa Bell(Burnett)Upton.

Columbus Napoleon Upton, b.Jan.1876 in Missouri. Son of Jobe and Anna(West)Upton.

George Wesley Underwood. Born Oct.10,1838. This is my Grandma's dad.

This is me(Sandy)when I was about 4yrs old. I was a regular "TomBoy" in dresses. I loved to play cowboys and indians.

June of 2000 at my favorite place, the ocean.
It was taken at Fort Bragg, California.
